Newcombe Coach Lines were looking to reduce their electricity consumption costs at their main depot. Ongoing daytime use of power equipment for servicing and maintaining their fleet of coaches and buses here on the Coffs Coast was causing ever increasing power bills, and installing solar was a logical option.
The roof pitch allowed an efficient twin set of 40 x 275W Trina Tier 1 panels to be installed, connected to a Fronius Symo 20kW inverter with WiFi networked monitored to accompany the system for the administration team to check whenever they required into the future.
